Recent graduates from 2008-2010 in the fields of Design, Media, I.T. and Publishing, and agencies in the industry.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?
The event is totally open to everyone who registered. You can come whenever, we suggest you come early so that you make the most out of the event, and meet as many interesting people and network with as many industry resources as possible.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PORTFOLIO IS GOOD ENOUGH?

HOW LIKELY WILL I GET A JOB?
Graduate 4.0 allows you to meet creative directors and resources in the field. Students attended were able to land themselves a paid internship or better yet a fulfilling career, but the main goal is to connect and network, you do have to work hard on your book before going if you want to be top mentioned. Remember your attitude must convey your work too. The last thing we need is no personality graduate with no passion. Come as you are and show off your attitude with it.
At The Event
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
No, wear whatever attire you like, be yourself. The whole point of Graduate Series is to connect and network in a very relaxed atmosphere.
DO I NEED A RESUME OR A BUSINESS CARD?
We do not believe in resumes, your portfolio, a business card, your passion and attitude are the most important things you need for the night.
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I BRING?
A pen and paper to write down comments. You'll never remember everything they say.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT TO GET OUT OF THE NIGHT?
Constructive feedback, business cards, a darn good time and if you are lucky, a paid internship or at best a job.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE EVENT?
Everything costs money. The event venues. This website. The snacks. Not to mention the team of people that have been working on this event. On top of that we are really charging minimal for everything invested to make this event a reality.
After The Event
DO CREATIVE DIRECTORS MEAN IT WHEN THEY SAY, "KEEP IN TOUCH"?
Yes. Seriously, yes. They're not kidding!
SHOULD I FOLLOW UP IF I GET NEGATIVE FEEDBACK?
Yes. But only if you've improved your ideas. Give them something new this time. Something based on their creative input and feedback.
Volunteer
DO YOU NEED VOLUNTEERS?
For sure. Volunteering is a great opportunity for students who might be attending the event next year to come and see what it's like.
